At Mohit Agarwal Jewellers, we aim to provide a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience.

1. Cancellation by Mohit Agarwal Jewellers
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion under circumstances such as:
- Limited or no inventory
- Pricing errors or incorrect product information
- Quality rejection during inspection
- Insufficient customer information or unsuccessful verification
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Natural calamities, operational disruptions, or unforeseen issues
To ensure security and accuracy, we may also request additional details from customers during or before order acceptance.
2. Ready-to-Ship Orders
Customers may cancel a ready-to-ship order before it has been dispatched. If a cancellation request is approved:
- A 2% pre-dispatch cancellation fee will be deducted
- Refunds will range between 100% and 97% of the order value, based on the payment mode chosen at the time of purchase
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment source within 10 business days
Non-cancellable items:
- Gold coins
- Silver coins
- Gold & silver bars
- Silver articles
- Rakhi and bracelets
- Solitaire products
These categories cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3. Make-to-Order / Smart Buy / Customized Jewellery
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery is manufactured exclusively for the customer.
- If cancelled within 2 days of purchase:
- Full refund as per our refund policy
- Refund issued to the same payment source
- If cancelled after 2 days of purchase:
- Refund will be processed after deducting making charges and stone charges (if applicable)
- The remaining amount will be refunded within 10 business days, or adjusted toward an exchanged product, as preferred by the customer
4. Failed Transactions
- If a payment fails but the amount is debited from the customer’s account:
- The payment gateway will automatically return the amount within 7-8 working days
- Customers are advised to check with their bank if delays occur
5. Policy Exceptions & Promotional Variations
Cancellation terms may vary:
- For certain product categories
- During promotional events or special offers
